// about
We're building the market maker we wanted to use.
Meridianz is a PropAMM. Proprietary pricing. Onchain execution. Open to anyone with a better quote.
Venue privilege is over.
For most of market structure's history, the edge that mattered was proximity. Proximity to the matching engine, proximity to the venue, proximity to the relationships that decided who got filled and who didn't.
On Solana, proximity collapses into code. The matching engine is the settlement layer. A market maker can submit a signed update, build a book around it, and fill swaps in the same execution environment, in the same block, for anyone.
Meridianz is our attempt to build the cleanest version of that idea. Better pricing than a CEX, verifiable by default, open to competition on the only axis that should have ever mattered — the quote.
In public. In phases. In order.
We shipped the v0 spec before writing production code. We're benchmarking devnet before opening testnet. We'll run testnet before touching mainnet. Every phase produces a deliverable someone outside the team can inspect.
This is slower than the usual approach. It's also the only approach that makes sense for a system whose entire pitch is verifiability.
A small team, building quietly.
Meridianz is built by a small group of engineers and researchers with backgrounds in onchain market making, low-latency systems, and quantitative pricing. We're keeping names off the site for now — the work is what we'd rather be judged on.

We don't have a token. We're not raising. We're shipping.
